Bonus terms and conditions: the clauses that decide every offer
Each promotion has its own short description, but behind them sits a longer document: the general bonus terms. It applies to every offer unless a specific promotion says otherwise, and it is where most disputes are decided. We do not reproduce Fortunazo's terms here — they belong to the operator and can change at any time. Instead, this page walks through the clauses that almost every casino includes, so you know what to look for in the original.
Who is eligible
Bonus terms usually restrict offers to adults with one verified account per person, household, device or IP address. Players from certain countries may be excluded from some or all promotions. Accounts created with incorrect details risk losing bonuses at verification. If you are unsure whether you qualify, ask support before depositing, not after a win.
General bonus rules that almost always apply
- One active bonus at a time in most casinos; a new offer may wait in a queue or replace the current one.
- Wagering requirement before withdrawal — explained in our wagering guide.
- Validity period for both claiming and wagering.
- Order of funds: many sites use your cash balance first and the bonus balance after it, which affects what you can withdraw mid-way.
- Operator's right to change or cancel promotions, usually with a clause about notice.
Max bet with bonus
While a bonus is active, most terms cap the size of a single bet or spin. Exceeding it, even once, can lead to the bonus and its winnings being removed. The cap is often low compared with what the game itself allows, so set your stake before you start rather than adjusting it mid-session. On a phone, the stake selector is easy to bump accidentally — check it after every game switch.
Restricted games
The contribution table lists games that count less, or not at all, toward wagering. A separate list may name games that cannot be played with bonus funds at all — often high-RTP slots, some table variants, and features like bonus buy. Live dealer tables are frequently restricted or reduced. Playing a restricted game with bonus money is one of the most common reasons bonuses are voided.
Bonus abuse clauses
Terms define "bonus abuse" broadly: multiple accounts, coordinated play, betting both sides of an even-money game, low-risk patterns designed to clear wagering, or switching to large bets after a big win. The operator usually reserves the right to judge this itself. Play normally and you are unlikely to be affected; try to engineer a guaranteed profit and you probably will be.
Open FortunazoIf a dispute happens
Keep screenshots of the offer, the terms you accepted and your bonus balance. Contact the operator's support with dates and amounts, and ask which exact clause was applied. If that does not resolve it, the operator's complaints procedure and the dispute route named in its terms are the next steps — our complaints guide explains them. The best protection, though, is the boring one: read the terms before accepting, and decline offers whose rules you cannot follow comfortably.
