Bank transfer at Fortunazo: slower, traceable, in your own name
A bank transfer is the oldest route in any cashier and still the one many players fall back on for withdrawals, because a bank account can both send and receive money. It is rarely the fastest option, but it leaves a clear paper trail on both sides. Whether and how Fortunazo offers it depends on your country and account: available methods and limits depend on the operator and on your account — check the cashier.
How a bank transfer deposit works
When you choose bank transfer, the cashier usually shows one of two flows. In the first, it gives you bank details and a unique payment reference; you make the transfer from your online banking and the casino matches the incoming payment by that reference. In the second, a payment provider connects to your bank and you approve the transfer on its screen. In both cases:
- Send from an account in your own name — third-party payments are commonly rejected or returned.
- Copy the reference exactly. A missing or mistyped reference is the top reason a transfer is not credited automatically.
- Send the exact amount you entered in the cashier, in the account currency where possible.
- Keep the bank's confirmation until the money appears on your balance.
Withdrawals by bank transfer
For payouts, you enter your bank account details in the withdrawal tab. The account holder must be the same person as the casino account holder; operators do not pay winnings to friends, relatives or business accounts. After the operator approves the request, the payment travels through the banking system, so weekends and public holidays can add days. Bank transfer is also the usual fallback when the deposit method cannot receive money, such as a Paysafecard voucher.
Fees: who charges what
Your bank may charge for outgoing transfers, especially international ones, and the receiving bank sometimes deducts a fee too. If currencies differ, a conversion margin applies on top. The operator's own fee, if any, should be shown in the cashier before you confirm. For small deposits, these fixed costs can eat a noticeable share, which is why many players use bank transfer mainly for withdrawals.
If a payment gets stuck
If your bank shows the transfer as sent but the casino balance has not changed, gather the transfer confirmation, the reference you used, the amount and the date, and send them to the operator's support. If the reference was wrong, say so directly — manual matching is possible but slower. For a payout that left the casino but has not reached you, ask your bank to trace it with the transaction ID the operator provides.
On a phone
Mobile banking apps make transfers quick, but copying long account numbers and references between apps is error-prone. Use the copy buttons, paste carefully and read the reference once more before confirming. A screenshot of the confirmed transfer is the most useful thing you can keep.

Bank transfer suits players who value traceability over speed and who want withdrawals to land straight in their bank account. If you want to start playing immediately, a card or e-wallet deposit is usually quicker, with bank transfer kept for the payout.
